LOL. I changed my comments to refect the correction. Both my kids are close to your age, although my daughter is slightly younger. In fact you fall right in bewteen the both. Ironically, I am closer to my son than my daughter, but we are close too. Funny how that works sometimes. Love 'em both though.

Hello there and welcome to OCP. I like your background too. Did you write the poems? They are very beautiful and deep. I wish I had that talent. *smile* I did detect a bit of sadness and hurt in the poems though. Just remember you are among friends here, even though you do not know us yet. So even though I am not your age, I do have a daughter close to your age so I can identify to some of the things that girls now a days go through from a mother's point of view.

Hello Bams481. Welcome to OCP. Glad to see you here and glad that you have joined us and become a Charter Member. Ironically I was in your city in Kansas right at 25 years ago last month. It was cold and snowy the whole time I was there. I was visiting some friends who lived and worked there in a group home. Hope you enjoy the site and will visit often.

OH and Crusader, you said he was fast, but that was the fastest I seen you post a welcome message to someone. You beat me this time. LOL

WOW, you sure got here quick. Glad to see you here. This is my place of retreat and refreshment when I leave that other site that is full of so much trash. I get my strength here to take them on there. LOL
