Hello my sister, Thank for all of you comments that you send to me, sometimes it's what you say that just turns my day from bad to good, and again thanks.
God bless you, your brother in Christ, Scott
I'm glad I can help Scott, we are here for each other, the way I see it. That's what God would want of us, to help and love each other. Take good care Scott, and be good. " Hey I know that you already are-good I mean" Hope you have a grat weekend!!!!! Blessings always, Injungilr-Teresa
Hi Scott, Just dropping by to see how things are going. I hope things are getting better every day. I can't imagine going through what you go through on a daily basis. I just pray for strength and perserverance for you and Terri. God is wonderful, faithful and merciful, He will see you through. You also have such faith in the Lord, you give a great witness just on this site alone. I just want to thank you for being my friend and want you to know I am praying for you. You and Terri are both wonderful inspirations. God bless you and grant you peace. Your friend, Nette
Hi Scott. Thank You for the comment and the kind words.....'to Almighty God be the Glory and Praise'. Please know that I continue to Pray and Believe for Blessings to be "poured out" upon You, Terri and Family. I Love You Guys with Christ Jesus' Love Eternal, buddy
Hey Brother Scott, Glad to hear you and Terri are doing better. Good to have you back and hear from you again. May God continue to bless you and your family. Remember, any day spent in His word is a good day, even in trouble. Because Jesus is the living word. (My apologies for stealing the line from Arnold Murray, it's just too good to resist. LOL)
This is to ALL of my friends... Were back! Thank you so much for your thughts and prayers. Today God graced us with what we've been needing for Terri and myself, but also for our kids, and it is now just a matter of time.
MOST of your prayers were so totally answered... We wouldn't have made it without God, and your prayers also, God heard them and answered them. Now we are still in need of prayer for our disabilities, and such, however the problems that were keeping us from OCP has been taken care of, and I thank you so much for your prayers.
God bless you all. Your brother in Christ, Scott Hi Scott, so glad and thankful that things are working out for you. God always hears everything, and knows what you need. It is always in His time not ours. Sometimes we wonder what is going to happen next, but God is always there to intervine. You take good care and keep praying to God, for HE is there for you! Take good care, love often, laugh heartedly, and don't forget to smile. Bright days ahead!!! Always with Christ, Injungirl-Teresa
Know above all else you and Teri are in my prayers. Hold on to the truth and prayer from the prophet Isaiah...... "Oh Lord, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in times of distress." Isaiah 33:2 NIV. He will give us strength and He will get us through anything that comes our way. Think of this trial as a purification, as though you are gold being melted down and purified. He puts us in the fire not for our destruction, but to make us more refined like Him. Paul even said we should thank Him for our trials, so don't forget to add this hardship to your list of blessings. I pray that your pain subsides, as does your wife's, and that your daughters see the error of their ways and stand corrected before Him and cling to Him. Be blessed, brother....
Hi Scott, Just want you to know I am thinking of your family. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Isn't it nice to know the Lord is with us at all times? God Bless you and your family, we all miss you. Nette
Hey Scott. It was so good talking to you the other day. I want you to know that you and Terri are so loved and so missed. I look forward to you guys getting better and being around more. You are both such an inspiration. Know for sure that you are in my prayers along with so many others that are praying for you both.
I know I haven't been around much (currently helping "Hubby" restore our '79 Dodge PU), but same as for everyone else, summer seems to fill up with activities, projects and trips that normally happen when the weather cooperates. So please know that as time allows, I will check in. I miss you all and pray this summer is blessed by our Father God for each and every one. Love ya', have a safe and wonderful Jesus filled summer!!
Scott (and Terri), I am praying for you everyday. I sincerely pray things are getting better for you both, physically and emotionally. I know you know that the Lord uses situations like these to further His Kingdom and His Word." And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. "
Romans 8:28 (NKJV) I pray the Lord heals you and brings you both peace with your daughter. God Bless, your sister in Christ, Nette
Hello Scott, So sorry to hear of your problems. Talk to yourself and tell yourself that you are o.k., it helps, keep telling yourself that over and over. I too fight with anixety and depression, and it's hard to explain sometimes how you feel to someone. And I too have problems with Bronchitus, we share some of the same things. Life is very hard out in the real world, but stay strong, fight it, you can do it. This is what I have to do with myself when I get very depressed and down. Keep showing your daughter love, and hopefully she will come back around. Hopefully it's just a phase she's going through. Just don't give up, stay strong, you must. Give my best to Terri as well, and together you will get through this. Of course I will pray for you all. Ya take care and know that you are not alone, alright. Love to you all, Injungirl-Teresaquote="PrayerWarriorScott"] Hi, I'm sending this same comment to everyone. I'm still getting better, and I'll explain. One of my children has been giving terri and myself some serious problems as of late, in addition to the problems we are having on a normal basis, and we are seriously stretched to the limit of our sanity, and stressed to the MAX, so the reason why I went to the Hospital the other night was because I had a massive Anxiety attack, which has some of the same symptoms of a Heart Attack (side note.... my father died of congestive heart failure), I went out in excessive heat and humidity to find my daughter, and as you all know I am not in good physical health myself, well with all these conditions (health, heat, humidity, diagnosed severe depression, diagnosed anxiety, a child giving us problems of biblical perportions) I had the anxiety attack, and after tests, xrays, and medicine my anxiety calmed down, but the Dr. did find that I am in the first stages of Bronchitis... I have a bad history with Bronchitis, with me it will turn into Pnuemonia very easily, and this would be very bad, but it was caught early, and with meds I'll be fine and free of bronchitis.
This has set me back a week or two, but I'm trying my best to get back to OCP on a regular basis. Terri and I really thank you for all of your prayers, and wish that you all please still pray. Our daughter is really letting Satan control her, and she has just pushed Jesus out of the throne in her heart, and seemingly put him in the closet, and we need prayer for her to come back to God, and be the child of God we know she can be.
Thank you all again. God bless you. Your brother in Christ, Scott[/quote]
Having not been blessed with children of our own, my wife and I became foster parents. We were blessed with a young girl who had really had a rough life prior to being placed with us. She was 13 when she came to us, but turned 14 shortly there after. I approached her from the standpoint of the love circle - show her love, serve her unconditionally, which will lead to respect from her, which will lead to her willingly serving you, which will grow love for you in her heart. After her being with us for a little over two weeks, she began to call me Dad and she practically became my shadow. Even though she is no longer with us she still refers to me as her father and calls us whenever she can to let us know how things are going with her. I will not pretend to understand the problems you are having with your daughter and I know you are doing all you can to resolve your daughter's issues. I am only offering this as maybe something you might not have tried yet in hopes that it may help you. My wife and I will be praying for you and yours. Many blessings, my friend.
Scott I am going to pray for you now. Trust in Him who cares for you all. Jeff

You were stationed at Holloman? That would really be a coincedence would it not? I was in HQ squadron at 49th TFW and worked in the 8th AMU/TFS Black Sheep Squadron as an analyst. If you were a crew chief I probably met you. I talked to them on a daily basis almost. Well, at least some of them. The ones who didn't fill out their paperwork. Anyway, have a blessed day.
I have to say that I have seen your moniker on here numerous times but today is the first time I actually dropped by to read your page. You are a unique person. A devoted christian adult, part child, A vetran of USAF (I am too by the way - 1987 -1990, Holloman AFB data analysis on F-15's), a comic fan ( I used to be also before Marvel allowed the writers to leave and the hacks ruined the books), a motorcycle enthusiast that doesn't like Harleys. You are truly unique. I pray that God has blessed you today and that you are not experiencing too much pain. It would be my pleasure to fellowship with you.
